How we feel at work impacts how we work

Backed by behavioural science
Each Friday, your team members pick an emoji to capture how they’re feeling in the To-Do dashboard.
Then, they answer a multiple-choice question based on the SMART Work Design principles:
- Stimulation – Was the work engaging?
- Mastery – Did you feel confident in your skills?
- Agency – Were you free to work your way?
- Relational – Did you feel connected to others?
- Tolerable Demands – Was the workload realistic?
Small check-ins lead to big business insights
Each reflection can be assigned to a specific project, helping team members spot what’s driving energy or draining it.
Leaders (with permission) get a clear team snapshot via a weekly report of overall mood, trending insights, and which SMART pillars are fueling the team’s experience.
