Where is Streamtime hosted?

Is my data safe and backed up?

Streamtime is hosted in the magical cloud. We have chosen Amazon AWS specifically for its ability to replicate databases, provide hourly off-site backups and standard disaster recovery procedures to keep your data safe.

Which web browsers do you support?

For best performance, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. Additionally, keeping your browser up to date means you'll benefit from the latest security updates.

Which types of businesses is Streamtime best suited for?

If you want a tool that helps you do your best work, but also look after your people — we're for you. Lots of business types use Streamtime. We're especially popular with creative agencies, marketing and media services, in-house design teams and architects. But if you're a professional service or any team that needs to schedule tasks, account for time and have robust quoting and invoicing, then we could be right for you.

Can I give specific access to certain team members?

We always prefer transparency in our own team and encourage it with others. However, if you need to, you can control which team members can see certain information and areas. It's all in your team settings.

Which accountancy packages do you integrate with?

We've got native integrations to Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB AccountRight. Using something else? Our API might be able to help you get what you need.
