1. WHAT THIS PAGE IS
This page sets out what Streamtime costs, what happens if you cancel, and what we charge if you decide to move to another provider. We publish it so you can see it before you sign up, not after.
It is the disclosure referred to in clause 3.5 of the Streamtime Licence Agreement and published in accordance with Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the EU Data Act).
2. WHAT STREAMTIME COSTS
Streamtime is billed as a subscription, monthly or annually. Annual plans are charged at a lower rate than monthly plans.
We do not publish a fixed price list. Your price is worked out with you during the sales process, based on a combination of factors: the size of your team, your annual billings, and how much you expect to use the product. You will be told the price, and what it covers, before you enter into an agreement with us.
To get a price for your team, get in touch through our pricing page and we will talk it through with you.
Paid training, onboarding, implementation and consulting services are separate from the subscription. They are not available in every location, and they are quoted for each engagement. See our training and services page.
3. IF YOU CANCEL
Monthly plans. Cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Annual plans. Annual plans are paid up front at a discounted rate in exchange for the twelve-month commitment. If you cancel an annual plan partway through, the discount no longer applies to the period you actually used, and that period is recalculated at our standard monthly rate. We refund the difference, if any.
We do not charge a separate cancellation fee or early termination penalty on top of this.
Prepaid training and services. If you have paid for training or professional services we have not delivered yet, we refund that in full. Services we have already delivered remain payable.
4. IF YOU MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER
We do not charge you anything to switch. No exit fee, no egress charge, no fee for exporting your data, no charge for the assistance we give you during a switch.
Clause 23 of the Licence Agreement sets out how switching works: a transitional period of up to 30 days to complete the move, our assistance while you do it, a structured machine-readable export of your data, and a further 30 days afterwards to retrieve it before we erase it.
Our data formats and export register sets out exactly what you can export and in what format.
5. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Section 4 applies to all customers. The cancellation terms in section 3 apply to customers in the European Union and European Economic Area. Customers elsewhere should check their Order and the Licence Agreement for the cancellation terms that apply to them.
6. CHANGES
If we change our fees or these terms, we will update this page and give existing customers notice in accordance with clause 1.3 of the Licence Agreement.
