WHAT WE COLLECT
When you send us a message, submit a support form or use our in-product chat — including when you are answered by our automated assistant — we collect your email address, your first and last name, the company you work for and its size, and whatever you choose to tell us in the conversation.
Please don't send us information you would rather we didn't hold. We only need enough to understand and answer your question.

- To keep a record of your request, so that if you come back to us we know what happened
- To improve our support and our help documentation
If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to answer your question or give you the support you have asked for.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Support conversations are held in our support platform, and messages sent to us by email are held in our business email system. Both providers are named, with what they do and where they process information, at streamtime.net/legal/subprocessors.
If your question relates to a Streamtime account, we may need to look at information in that account in order to answer you.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Our production systems are located in the United States. Where a support conversation or the account information behind it is held outside Australia, sections 9 and 12 of the Privacy Policy explain the safeguards that apply.
ACCESS, CORRECTION AND COMPLAINTS
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Our Privacy Policy explains how, and what additional rights you have if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, New Zealand or Canada.
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, you can make a complaint using the form at streamtime.net/privacy-complaint. We will acknowledge it and respond within 30 days.
