In this webinar, we take you through setting up a job, planning time, creating the quote/estimate and scheduling the team.
We then fast-forward to see the project over-run slightly. Not to worry, we get it back on track using the schedule, priorities board and some savvy project management.
We also highlight how important it is to get those invoices set up early to help forecasting and cashflow. You still have to get them paid though of course. We don’t have a debtor service just yet!
