Know how your work is actually going. Not just the numbers.

Check-in gives your team a weekly moment to reflect, and gives you the patterns behind how people are really feeling.

Project data tells you what's happening with the work.

It doesn't tell you what's happening with the people doing it.

Check-in fills that gap.

Most creative businesses only see half the picture.

They know their margins, what they don’t always know is whether their team is running on empty.

Small check-ins lead to big insights

For individual team members: Your own private record of how your work is feeling over time. What's energising you. What's draining you. What projects to watch out for. Yours, unless you choose to share it.

For leaders and business owners: Aggregated, anonymised team sentiment trends alongside your existing financial and capacity data. You'll start to see which types of work generate energy, which ones deplete it, and how that maps to what your team is actually doing week to week.

Make better decisions about workload, client selection, and how you structure your team's week. Backed by data, not gut feel.

Built on real research

Check-in is built on the SMART Work Design framework from the Future of Work Institute at Curtin University.

The five pillars - Stimulating, Mastery, Agency, Relational, Tolerable demands - become the lens through which your team reflects on their week. Over time, you'll see which of those pillars are being fed by your work, and which aren't.

A note on confidentiality

Individual responses are private to the person who submits them. Leaders can only ever see work data that's already available through Streamtime, not personal data from check-ins.

"Helping recognise which jobs are making me stressed is really helpful. It's hard to see when you're surrounded by chaos - bringing it out of your brain and into the tracker helps reveal what is actually going on."

Existing Customer

"I saw that a particular client project wasn't fun to work on and was leading to a lot of stress. The project was also unprofitable. This led to us renegotiating our contract terms, increasing our rate, and changing the main point of contact - to improve the working relationship."

Existing Customer

"Streamtime already knows what's happening in the work. Check-in tells you what's happening with the people doing it. Together, that's a complete picture of your business."
