What is the
Happiness Coach?

Streamtime invites you to take part in a pilot program tracking team happiness for your business.
We believe in creating healthier businesses. Traditionally, when it comes to your studio and job management software this has meant money ... lots of it. But that's only half the story — having healthy, happy people in your team is the other half. That's why we're developing Streamtime to support healthier teams and businesses.

We want to help teams understand how people are feeling and explore ways to improve happiness at work.

Happy people means better quality of work, team satisfaction, the bottom line, and importantly — a creative, inclusive, happy culture.Because, you know... whilst we can try and try and try, we'd like to prove Mick and The Stones wrong by proving you can get satisfaction at work!

How does it work?

Giving leaders a gentle nudge to improve team happiness

While your team can say how they're feeling, Streamtime has the data on their workload. This is the magic formula for giving leaders nudges in the right direction to helping improve team happiness.

We'll combine self-reported feelings with the facts of what they've been working on, who they've been working with, and how much, to present insights on what is and isn't working.

We’re not claiming that software can make everyone happy – but with the right information, we can give insights into how to help others find joy and meaning in their work.

Embedded into existing habits

Everyone's mood reports are anonymised and aggregated into one team happiness score. You'll get an email with your score and the aggregated team score, and, over time, insights on the most and least satisfying jobs and clients: data to help the team make better decisions.

Capturing the why

Share a bit more about why you felt this way. We’ve worked with the Future Of Work Institute at Curtin University to implement their SMART framework. You can also share if a particular job that has contributed to how you’re feeling.

Putting you in control
of your data

We’re putting each individual in control of their data. At an organisation level, all data is aggregated and anonymised. Your individual responses will not be seen by anyone in your organisation. During the pilot period, Streamtime may view specific notes to help guide future development. The data will be completely anonymised, linked to user ID numbers and not names.

In the future, we'll further develop this feature so that when you feel the time's right, you can choose to share your data with a manager, a peer, the whole company. It’s up to you. Useful for a performance review, a check-in or as a fully transparent culture right from the start.

Why should we participate?

As a leader, the Happiness Coach is a great way to track team happiness over time. See for yourself what's contributing to more satisfaction at work, or what's sucking motivation from your team.

It's easy to react in the moment. We all have ups and downs. But being able to see the 'big picture' keeps things in perspective and helps draw conclusions about where things work, or don't work.

All so you can create the right conditions for the best work, and the happiest, healthiest team.

Do I have to
pay more for it?

No. Like we said before. We believe that if we’re providing a product to help you run a healthy business then it should be a part of the core offer. We don’t want to sell you a self-driving car and then charge you extra for the self-drive bit… ahem, Tesla.
