Product Update: More Magic from the Magic button, Quick edits from Team Schedule & more!

With this release, we introduce new features across the board and kill a few not-so-common bugs.


New features


  • Invoice directly from the Time & Expenses tab straight to Xero.
  • Addresses now carry across into Xero when creating invoices.

Job Page

  • The job page now has an overflow/action menu (top right), giving you quick access to all available actions for a job.

To Do

  • Team members will receive a notification when someone has made changes to their To Do’s.
  • Introduced the ability to log/add time for previous days.
  • You now have 30 seconds to undo changes caused by the magic button.


Team Schedule

  • Edit job items directly from Team Schedule: Clicking on the job item in the Team Schedule will now bring up a modal to edit that item (previously, it was directing to the job page).

Bug fixes

  • Fixed issues when opening jobs on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
  • Fixed issue adding item to a job with the same name as an expense.
  • Fixed To Do being added to the wrong day for users in NY time zone.
  • Fixed graphs in dashboard flickering.
  • Fixed issues with adding a To Do from team schedule only showing logged in user’s tasks, not tasks of the person you are adding/editing.
