This page outlines the terms and considerations around customising the standard Streamtime product. Streamtime is sold as an “off the shelf” product and as such can not be customised by the end user. Streamtime can however be customised by authorised developers to provide integration to third party software, custom reports and layouts, interface changes and API connectivity. Customisation can only be performed by a Streamtime authorised Development Partner. All work performed and all ongoing upgrades and support will be quoted via the development partner and if you undertake custom development on your solution - support will not be provided by Streamtime Software Ltd. All Streamtime license fees and license terms do still apply however.
WARNING! Custom Development is NOT for the faint hearted, it is time consuming, costly, often frustrating, and you will be dealing direct with developers which comes with its own challenges. You will be expected to test any custom work you have had performed yourselves and it is almost certain you will come across bugs and changes that you will need to pay to get resolved.
Our Development Partners will only give rough time estimates on how long work will take to complete and work will almost always take longer and cost more than anyone thinks at the start of a project.

• Streamtime Software Ltd will supply the standard Streamtime product. All license fees must be paid for in full prior to customisation beginning. There are no refunds or extensions on the Streamtime license period based on delays around customisation. Ongoing license fees apply from Streamtime as per our advertised rates.
• Streamtime Software Ltd can provide training in Streamtime but only on the standard Streamtime features, not any custom features. All training is charged at Streamtime Software Ltd's standard hourly rate. Training on custom features should be organised with the development partner and will be billed directly by that partner.
• All support for your Streamtime solution must be performed via the Development Partner and that support will be billed by that Development Partner or by Streamtime Software Ltd . By undertaking this Customisation you agree to forfeiting all technical support from Streamtime Software Ltd.
• Bespoke development and custom work is often prone to bugs and requires considerable testing. Streamtime Software Ltd holds no liability for these risks and associated costs. All Streamtime licenses fees are payable regardless of the status or stage of the development.
• The ownership of all intellectual property for custom work performed inside Streamtime is owned by Streamtime Software Ltd and any customisation can be utilised by Streamtime Software Ltd in future versions of the Streamtime product.
• Payment for any custom work must either be made in advance by means of a deposit based on an estimate, or in the case of subscription by Credit Card will be automatically billed to the stored card as the custom work is undertaken. All work is billed as it progresses which is not necessarily upon completion of the project.
If you undertake any customisation on Streamtime or modify any of Streamtime's code in any way you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
