Streamtime 10 users:

If you are currently have a Streamtime subscription or you are on our Pipeline program, you can upgrade your copy of Streamtime yourself. Take a look at our version history to see whether there are new features or benefits for you.

To use the current version of Streamtime 10 you must ensure everyone in your team is also using FileMaker 10 or FileMaker 11 clients. As at June 1st 2010 Streamtime 10 does NOT work with FileMaker 9 or lower.

It is critical you read and understand the upgrade instructions, failure to upgrade correctly may damage your Streamtime database. If you are unsure or nervous about performing this upgrade yourself you should contact our support team.

Streamtime 6,7,8 and 9 users:

If you are running an older version of Streamtime you should contact our support team. for advice on how you can have your file upgraded.

FileMaker upgrades:
