Getting Started

We are here to help every step of the way. With a managed install we help you through the entire process from loading your clients and suppliers data through to customising the system outputs for your business. We offer comprehensive training and resources to ensure you get the best from your new system.

Preloader: (optional)

Our installation team will supply you with an easy to use step by step guide on all the information you need to supply us. Our team will talk you through how this is done and ensure you understand what is required and how this data will be used in Streamtime. At the end of this session an installation schedule will be agreed including key deliverables form both sides.

Installation: (optional)

Whilst you and your team are busy watching our training videos we will be loading your data and creating your custom Print Stationery. You will receive all the necessary files you need to run Streamtime. The Installation Team will be in direct contact with your IT provider to ensure that the desktop and server software are loaded correctly and that remote access is available for training and support.

Training: (optional)

Many of our clients find that our simple to use interface, training videos and comprehensive product manual is more than sufficient - however one on one or group training is available if you require it. We have Streamtime trainers located all over the world, however we find the most cost effective method is to use state of the art remote viewing software to log onto your screen and have a dedicated trainer work with you and your team remotely at times convenient to you. This allows us to have short bursts of training targeted to specific people and groups. The average persons attention span is 20 minutes so we try to keep sessions limited in time for this reason.

Streamtime, a free trial. Download a free trial and experience it for yourself. Expires after 30 days.
