Updating from Streamtime 10 or 11:

If you currently have a Streamtime subscription or you are on our Pipeline program, and you are running Streamtime version 10 or 11, you can upgrade your copy of Streamtime yourself to the most current version. Take a look at our version history to see whether there are new features or benefits for you.



Before you upgrade, ensure that everyone in your team is running either FileMaker 10 or FileMaker 11 clients (the server version doesn't matter). As at June 1st 2010 Streamtime version 10 and higher does NOT work with FileMaker client version 9 or lower. It is critical you read and understand the upgrade instructions, failure to upgrade correctly may damage your Streamtime database. If you are unsure or nervous about performing this upgrade yourself you should contact our support team for advice.

Updating from Streamtime 6,7,8 or 9:

If you are running one of these older versions of Streamtime you should contact our support team. for advice on how you can have your file upgraded. You are unable to upgrade Streamtime yourself, but our team will gladly help you with the process.

FileMaker updates:

A complete list of all minor FileMaker updaters for Mac and PC can be found HERE. Remember - only perform these updates if you have been advised to do so from our support team.
If you are on our Subscription service and are entitled to FileMaker full version upgrades then you can log into your MyStreamtime account to download the most current full version of FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server. CLICK HERE TO LOGIN

Streamtimer updates:

Download and install the latest version of Streamtimer for your Mac or PC by clicking the Install Now button below (flash required). If you already have Streamtimer installed and are not sure if its the latest version - just re-install by clicking "Install Now".

iPhone and iPad App updates:

All updates to these are available in the App Store and are automatically delivered to your iPhone or iPad when you check for updates. Please ensure you are always running the LATEST version of Streamtime before you run these updates.
